Boots unveils pilot concept

Boots The Chemists launched an edge-of-town pilot store concept in Peterborough, designed by Fern Green Partnership.

The 1650m2 site is based in the city’s Serpentine Green Shopping Centre and is intended to provide a leisurely shopping experience.

A Boots the Chemists spokeswoman says the new concept will be rolled out to its Chester edge-of-town store in the near future. If successful, it could eventually be rolled out across all its 32 edge-of-town sites, she adds.
