Contemporary Art Society offers bargain prices

Members of the public will be given the chance to buy work by artists nominated for both the Jerwood and Turner prizes for bargain prices at this year’s ARTfutures exhibition.

Organised by the Contemporary Art Society, and staged during the first week of December at London’s Royal Festival Hall, the show will feature more than 1000 new works by artists such as Bridget Riley, Peter Blake and Gillian Ayres.

Prices will range between £150 and £3000, with all profits used to enable CAS to purchase exhibits for galleries and museums across the UK.

A number of works from promising new talents discovered at recent shows will also be on sale.
