Management is not the only way to succeed

Success for women in design needn’t be measured solely by how many of us have managerial roles. The working world has moved on a bit from conventional consultancies with fixed hierarchies.

There are a lot of us out there using traditional female skills to work in a more flexible way.

These are exciting times for design. It’s up to us to decide how we want to work and who with.
