CSD head urges action on environment

Chartered Society of Designers chief executive Frank Peters has called on the design industry to embrace the environmental challenge, following the publication this week of economist Sir Nicholas Stern’s Review on the Economics of Climate Change. He says designers can play a key role in lowering the environmental costs of high economic growth and must collaborate and introduce new working methods to meet the challenge.
