Douwe Egberts redesign range
Packaging for Douwe Egberts’ range of roast and ground coffees has been redesigned by Berkshire consultancy The Connection. Creative director Alex Shoolheifer says: ‘Research revealed [that] consumers find the real coffee sector very confusing. We have created a more understandable pack, changing the coffee descriptors and adding a strength guide and easy-to-follow instructions.’ Repackaged varieties will go on-shelf in September and October.
