What do you think can be done to raise the standard of design education in the UK?

While status has been won for design, definition has been lost, in education as much as in professional practice. It’s time to re-emphasise the craft and knowledge that gave design its definition in the first place. We should celebrate the expansive challenges an accomplished designer can anticipate today, but we’ll blow it all if the design’s no good.
