We have no idea who she’s stepping out with now, but a few years ago Kate could be found on the arm of no less than cheeky pop balladeer Paul Young. Yes, the crooner who endeared himself to ladies of a certain age a decade ago was once the object of Kate’s affections. She has been known to claim he dedicated a song to her.
