Thank you for featuring our redesign of Just Brazils (DW 13 March). Unfortunately, it does contain one major inaccuracy.

The article states that SiebertHead won the project on an unpaid creative pitch basis. The reality is that SiebertHead won the project because of our redesign of Fox’s Glacier range and that every stage of design work was paid for. There wasn’t any pitch, paid or unpaid.

SiebertHead does not get involved in unpaid pitches. We have high professional standards and do not, nor have we ever done, unpaid creative work.
