CONRAN DESIGN GROUP has created the summer/winter 2000 brochure for First Choice, the UK’s third largest tour operator. The brochure represents part of the travel company’s brand communication review.
The changes seek to reflect First Choice’s desired image as a “younger, more responsive and imaginative company offering an individual and flexible service”.
CDG managing director David Worthington says consumers want holiday companies to show “fresh thinking, a responsive approach to their holiday needs and to be treated as individuals” as competition in the crowded holiday market intensifies.
“First Choice is setting the benchmark for new levels of services, quality and value in the business, and our task is to communicate this through the brand and literature,” says Worthington.
