Sticky Fingers to form a chain

Rocking restaurateur Bill Wyman plans to develop Sticky Fingers into a chain and last week opened a site in Manchester with interiors and graphics by Design LSM Partnership. A third site is being considered in Cambridge.

The Brighton group, which worked on the original Kensington restaurant, has created a bar, open-plan kitchen, eating area and two private dining rooms.

The Manchester venue in an old civic hall is designed to be family-oriented, with nappy changing facilities in the men’s cloakroom and children’s gift bags.

“Design LSM has consciously steered away from an overly contemporary interior and instead has blended modern elements with the traditional,” says a Design LSM spokeswoman.
