Sedus says sleep more to improve your work

We all try and sneak a few minutes’ shut-eye behind our Macs or a broadsheet at work, but that may be a thing of the past thanks to a sitting/ reclining office chair.

Designer Mathias Seiler’s creation forms the centrepiece of a series of events next month launched by furniture manufacturer Sedus, entitled ‘Workplace napping – more sleep for society on the move’. You can snooze, work in a ‘relaxed position’ or just lie back and go for the full eight hours.

Apparently, power-napping is an indispensable element of creative work, says Sedus chairman Dr Kallup. There’s your excuse when you find yourself nodding off again.
