Frazer Designers has developed the casing design for a new portable private radio from Securicor Radiocom. Frazer developed a number of product concepts before moving on to designing a distinctive product identity for the hand-held unit. The styling aims to position the product as leading edge technology. The consultancy is now helping develop a range of accessories for the unit, such as chargers.

Lloyd Northover Citigate has designed an updated blue and gold brand identity for Anglian, the Norwich-based manufacturer of windows, doors, conservatories and other home improvement products.

Toy store Hamleys has bought Hobbies and Models, operator of the 11-strong chain Toystack. Hamleys says it will not rebrand the stores as Hamleys and has not yet decided whether to make any changes to Toystack’s store design.

Hasbro is relaunching its Pro-Action Football game in new packaging designed by Brown Inc. Hasbro also owns Subbuteo and wanted to reposition Pro-Action Football as a fast-action, dynamic game. Brown Inc has introduced an illustrative style with a ‘behind the goal’ view. The new pack is being introduced globally.
