Wren & Rowe has revamped the packaging for the dry cured salami range from Sara Lee’s premium food brand, Aoste. Five variants will launch at the end of the month in Morrisons, Makro and Somerfield supermarkets.
MarinaTex, an organic and biodegradable alternative to traditional plastic, was developed by University of Sussex student Lucy Hughes.
The visual identity combines the club’s “illustrious heritage” and “future glory” with an eye to digital platforms and more casual fans.
The week-long festival will also host speakers including interaction design expert Daljit Singh and representatives from Heatherwick Studio.
