RKTL’s Dallas headquarters has worked with its Los Angeles office to design a 94m retail and entertainment project.
At 167 000m2, the Grapevine Mills complex located between Dallas and Fort Worth will be the biggest retail environment built in the US next year.

Meanwhile, RTKL has opened an office in Chicago to strengthen the group’s position in the healthcare and corporate architecture markets.
The office is headed up by Jerry Quebe and James Allen. Lisbeth Quebe joins as vice-president.
