No split at Royal Mail
The Department of Trade and Industry describes rumours of a planned break up of the Royal Mail into 11 franchises as ‘speculation’.
‘There are no plans for privatisation,’ says a DTI spokeswoman, following press reports that the scheme is to be included in the Conservative Party election manifesto.
