Dott is about making lives better and more sustainable. The priorities should be health, carbon, transport, food, education – a cradle-to-cradle approach to community, which is the best starting point for any change of real value. Dott also needs to help the ‘d’ of design to become smaller, so that it can be thought of as something anyone can do with the right help. It also needs, paradoxically, to build experience and capacity within the professional design community of Cornwall and the South West.
