The in-house creative team of Mark Davison and Min Hitchcox at Manhattan Lofts, with London group Jaques Russell, has won the Victor Ludorum award at the 1996 UK Property Marketing Design Awards. The judges hailed the brochure as ‘stunningly exciting’. Among the winners is David Brend of GDO, who wins the Special Judges Award for the 30 Berkeley Square brochure for Prudential (pictured).
