‘Cabaret rock’ band would gig over design

EHSrealtime’s agency band Roy seems to be getting a bit of a following. The ‘cabaret rock’ band is made up of copywriters Paul Moulton and Nick Moffat, who are lead singer and bass player respectively, with art director Jon Cole on guitar and digital strategist Lazar Dzamic on drums.

The band, which was formed two and a half years ago, has just recorded its first full-length album and is about to perform at London’s 100 Club on 5 July.

Cole admits that the album is self-financed and designed to get the band more gigs. Damn it, they would even consider giving up the design and advertising business if they had to, he grudgingly concedes.
