Hair today gone tomorrow for Wiggy

Carter Wong & Partners’ tradition of presenting members of staff with hand-made birthday cards took on a hair-raising dimension for its latest offering.

On opening the envelope, designer Clare Wigg was greeted with a bald image of herself smiling broadly. Inside copies of the same photograph were adorned with everything from doodles and messages to bits of jay-cloth and a picture of a lobster, strategically placed on top of the hairless pate.

Wigg was quick to see the humorous side of things, saying: ‘I wasn’t offended. I think it’s all pretty funny really.’
