New consultancy to break Frontier

Former FutureBrand business development director Mark Pinder and Edward Briscoe Design creative director Chris Sessions are launching a new strategic brand consultancy next week called Brand Frontier.

The consultancy launches with three offices in London, Cardiff and Lyon, France.

It has already lined up branding work and pitches with a number of blue chip clients.

However, it is unable to reveal their identities.

Brand Frontier business development director Pinder says the consultancy is positioning itself alongside top-tier branding consultancies such as Interbrand, Landor Associates, FutureBrand and Wolff Olins.

He adds that the group has already pitched against these rivals for work.

Brand Frontier will have 12 designers on board at its launch and will run teams of specialist consultants in financial services, aviation, telecoms, IT and internal communications.

Sessions takes the role of group creative director. Pinder says the offices have been sited in fast-growing locations with strong local economies.
