Kids inventions

A mind-reading Thoughtometer, a telescope for spying on aliens and a helicopter hat are three inventions kids think would improve their lives.

These, and nine other ideas, feature in the 2001 Great Ormond Street Children’s Calendar, designed by SCG London in collaboration with illustration group New Division.

The calendar launches this week and is available from Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity.
