Barclays aims to impress staff

Ian Thompson Design in Leeds has created themed and branded material for Barclays Bank’s four training programmes. The internal programmes include videos, manuals and guides and cover the bank’s entire network.

The style is intended to show staff that the new processes and developments will improve Barclays’ competitive edge, according to the Leeds consultancy owner Ian Thompson.

The material is launched at a time when the market for financial services is becoming more and more competitive as building societies convert to bank status.
