Springpoint is advising the Nationwide Building Society on a major brand review.
The review, which involves all aspects of communication, including advertising and identity, follows the recent appointment of Mike Lazenby as Nationwide marketing director.
Springpoint managing director Fiona Gilmore says the review is in response to changing customer needs and an increasingly aggressive financial services market. “The reality is that the world of financial services is changing and customer needs are changing and Nationwide wants to make sure they continue to meet fully those needs,” she says.
Springpoint expects to conclude its review in the next few months.
