Celsius hots up new ONS report

Government agency the Office for National Statistics has published an annual report this week. The report is designed by Winchester design group Celsius.

The group commissioned a series of photographic portraits from Alan Hunter to illustrate the document.

“The portraits feature real people dealing with real issues and are used to illustrate how key events in life are influenced by the work of the Government agency,” according to Celsius proprietor David Hyde.
