New graphics group in Soho

Tom Hingston, formerly senior designer at Research Studio, has formed his own graphics and typography consultancy based in London’s Soho.

Working under his own name, Hingston intends to work mainly within the music and fashion industries.

The move follows an “amicable split” from Research Studio, which Hingston left three weeks ago. Hingston has no immediate plans to recruit staff, but is expecting to be joined by a student on placement from Central St Martins.
