Taking the Bull by the horns is dull, dull, dull

John Bull’s angry response (DW 23 June) to the ‘same shit, different year’ campaign from Central St Martin’s has provoked even more outrage from one cynical designer.

Tim Bremner, from Skakel & Skakel in Edinburgh says: ‘If John Bull was dull enough to exist and own an agency dull enough to be called JB Design, and was unimaginative enough to have his company e-mail at john@jb-design.freeserve.co.uk, then he must be dull indeed.’

Bremner, who praises the students behind the campaign for ‘pulling off another nice bit of publicity’, adds a two-finger salute to Bull, before signing off as Winston Churchill.
