Ford lets Imagination run on Geneva stand

A stand to promote the “New Face of Ford”, created by Imagination, is to be unveiled at the Geneva Motorshow which starts today in Switzerland.

The motor group is aiming to portray itself in a more contemporary and upbeat light at the show, which runs until 16 March and coincides with the launch of its new Puma sports coupé model. The car is portrayed as individualistic and daring.

The central focus of the new stand is a video wall showing a three minute film, also created by Imagination. The tagline Devora la vie has been created to promote the new Puma, and hourly, live dance routines imitate movements from the film. Ford is one of Imagination’s oldest clients, having used the consultancy for 15 years.

Imagination has also developed new stands for communications group Ericsson.

A corporate and mobile phone stand will be unveiled at the CeBIT ’97 computer and telecommunications show, while three Internet projects are under development. They are aimed at consumers, business partners and employees respectively.
