The Government last week launched a campaign to improve the dietary balance of school meals, via a suite of literature designed by Bentley Holland & Partners.

The London consultancy created three main documents for the project, jointly supported by the Department of Health and the Department for Education and Employment.

The three documents are aimed at head teachers and governors, at local education authorities, and at caterers which provide school meals. The brief was to design eye-catching documents and the solution sees them resembling cookery books.

Illustrations in a lino-cut style pepper the document.
