Diesel London has launched a website and associated material to support a dance music talent contest that showcases a wide variety of musical styles. Design consultancy RD2 Media has branded the event.
Entitled Diesel U-Music Awards 2001, the event will take place towards the end of February or beginning of March. Aspiring DJs, rappers and other artists are being invited to submit work to Diesel by 10 January. This will be judged by event sponsors representing different music genres.
RD2 Media has created the brand identity, promotional material and on-line support. The design features “urban, gritty and raw” photographs of a range of chairs in different environments.
