Perfect panorama

There are many reasons to seek a new job – more money, more responsibility, a more creative environment. But designers are an odd lot, and other factors sometimes surface.

Simon Richards, now lead identity designer at Dublin group The Identity Business, previously worked at Design House and Cato Consulting. He pursued his current role partly because he was excited by some of the projects on offer.

But there appears to be another reason that fed his desire. ‘I can see the Guinness factory from here,’ he says.
