CCC invests in finance group

Corporate multimedia group CCC has bought specialist financial media company InvestorAccess in a shares swop. InvestorAccess will continue to trade under its own name as part of the CCC Group.

Both companies see the takeover as providing the perfect fit of skills – CCC’s interactive production and InvestorAccess’s publishing background.

The two companies’ collaboration on a CD-ROM project led to the friendly takeover.
