Management reshuffle at Creative Action

Ian Silverstein, creative director at Creative Action Design Consultants, has been appointed managing director as part of a management restructure.

The aim of the change is to streamline the group’s client management services and enable it to focus on future growth.

Other changes at the Hertfordshire consultancy have seen the promotion of senior designer Michael Fern to the post of creative director and the appointment of Matt Cowan as senior account director.

According to Silverstein, new business wins during the past six months have provided the impetus for the new structure, by giving the St Albans consultancy a wider client base.
