A round-up of this week’s news in brief.

Bulmers
 

Adam And Eve has created the Live Colourful campaign for Bulmers cider. The designs, which have been created by six different artists, are used on outdoor, online, television and print advertisements.

Mirfield-based consultancy 10 Associates has appointed Jon Banks and Peter Chana as senior designer and senior creative artworker respectively.

Kold.
 

Slice Design has created the branding and packaging for KÖLD Cocktails, a range of ready-mixed frozen cocktails, with designs based on a snowflake graphic. The look is inspired by the brand positioning of ‘sophisticated urban cool ‘, according to Slice Design. Flavours include Cosmopolitan, Mojito and Lychee Martini.

Glug has launched a New York event, with the first edition to be held next month. Speakers include Ian Hambleton and Nick Clement of Glug and Richard Cumming of Two Goats.

Dove Hair Series
 

JDO has created new packaging for Dove Advanced Hair Series hair care range. The designs use pastel colours throughout the range, with shampoo products in a semi-transparent bottle and conditioner bottles designed in white.

Cornwall-based consultancy Friends has rebranded London-based tailor Roberto Revilla. The consultancy also created a new fully responsive e-commerce site for the company. 

Red Napkin.
 

Sarah Boris has created the identity for London singles dinner night Red Napkin. The nights are aimed at creatives, according to the founders, and are promoted with the slogan ‘Are you single? I’m single? Let’s mingle’. Boris says, ‘The identity offers endless possibilities…[it]  strived to be friendly, bold, assuming, taking the ground that there is no need to hide that we are single and by being more open about it we can just meet more like-minded people.’  

Craft company Herdy has designed a new identity for the Herdwick Project, an initiative to promote Herdwick lamb and mutton from the Lake District.  The brand mark can be used on products create form Herdwick sheep, and features a crest containing a ram’s head in front of a lake and hills.

Green Gate
 

Parker Williams has redesigned the branding and packaging for Green Gate – a raw food shake drink brand.  The range includes the detox blend and beauty blend variants.

Fabriano Boutique
 

Paper company Fabriano is celebrating Giambattista Bodoni, creator of the Bodoni typeface, for its 750th Anniversary Collection. Bodoni appears on the lettering album. The range also celebrates artist Michelangelo on its drawing folder and composer Beethoven on the music book.
