Emma Atkinson leaves Holmes & Marchant

Packaging design consultancy Holmes & Marchant has made planning director Emma Atkinson redundant.

Jon Davies, managing director of Holmes & Marchant, says the move is part of a strategy to ‘get the balance right between creativity and planning’.

He adds, ‘I’m working on planning, as is Holmes & Marchant chairman Andrew Doyle, so we’re looking to keep everything else at middleweight level. At the end of the day what we do is all about the creative product.’

Davies says the move has nothing to do with a recent restructure of parent group Media Square, which saw brand experience staff from fellow group consultancy Lloyd Northover move to Marlow to share office space with Holmes & Marchant.
