SCP set to launch new collection

Terence Woodgate and Donna Wilson will exhibit new products as part of the launch of SCP’s autumn/winter collection at Maison & Objet next month.

The interiors trade show will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre from 3-7 September.

Woodgate will launch the Coltrane low table, which has been inspired by jazz clubs and named after saxophonist John Coltrane. The table features ash or walnut legs and two tiers of elliptical, toughened glass.

The Sundara Rug Collection, a new collaboration between SCP and designer Wilson, will also be exhibited for the first time at Maison & Objet. The rugs use techniques of flat-weaving, hand-looming and hand-tufting inspired by Indian textile manufacturing.

Wilson will also launch products from her own range during the show, including the Molly Stool (pictured) made from turned beech. Sylvain Willenz, Rich Brilliant Willing and Matthew Hilton will also exhibit new pieces as part of SCP’s presence at the show.
