The consultancy was approached by BD foods ‘about a year ago’ according to Studio H creative director Rob Hall, following a previous meeting with the company some years before, he says.
‘We were asked to create an identity that embodied the owners’ passion for excellent food and also, perhaps, something of their personality and sense of fun and humour.
‘While the company name is quite pedestrian, we could still create an identity that had a personality. One of the owners is a chef and the other is a mover and shaker.’
The new branding is beginning to roll out across brochures, signage, and uniforms this week and Studio H is now working on a new website for BD Foods which is set to launch later in the year.
