Scott Brownrigg remodels flood-hit furniture showroom
Furniture showroom KI has appointed Scott Brownrigg Interior Design to remodel its store and offices in London’s Holborn, following a devastating plumbing leak.
The new design scheme will provide more meeting and breakout facilities for the company and its visitors.
‘To reflect KI’s status in the business and education furniture market, the refurbishment of its existing showroom, conference room and reception area will create sleek and flexible space with feature lighting,’ says Scott Brownrigg Interior Design.
Light rafts will be suspended from the ceilings, with individual track lights mounted on beams. Sliding doors in the main conference room will allow it to be opened up to become a large presentation and refreshment area and bar.
The refurbishment is due for completion in September, when a reopening event will showcase new products, including Recovo Design Studio’s Break Out seating system (pictured).
