The consultancy now stands to work across Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, and Ward Homes brands. It was first appointed in 2008 but had to re-pitch as part of a review by the company.
A digital strategy will now be developed with research, web design and build, user experience, technical development, CRM content and social media all under review.
There will be a focus on ‘technical innovation’ to improve the user experience according to LBI which hopes it can enhance the ways homes are bought and sold through digital development.
The new digital platform will need to explain Barratt Developments’ offer and give support to local sales and marketing initiatives.
A rolling programme of development will follow but design details are still unclear. LBI was unavailable for comment.
