SFHA awarded the contract to Alienation following a three-way pitch, tasking the Glasgow-based consultancy with improving the way that it communicates with and serves its member organisations and housing service users.
Alienation is adding functions including a members’ area for the body’s housing association and business members. Users will be able to search for and share information, book and pay for events and view an interactive map of members.
’The site has to have a unifying feel for its diverse membership, being contemporary, to reflect the news element, while also functional,’ says an SFHA spokeswoman.
The new website will go live in the next ten to 12 weeks.
