Zip Design works on Kylie Minogue app

The consultancy says it has created the concept, graphics and user interface for the Access All Areas app, which is set to launch this summer.

Zip Design worked alongside social gaming firm 3ME and Kylie’s record label EMI in the development of the app.

Access All Areas is based around a collection of games designed to test fans’ knowledge of Kylie as well as agility, memory and skill.

Neil Bowen, creative director of Zip Design, says, ‘The app has many different aspects, it’s jam-packed with stuff. Stylistic components are based on an access all areas point of view and games are based around typical things associated with gigs, ranging from organising flight cases to guest-listing.’

Virtual prizes and downloads are hoped to encourage users to compete against each other in special tournaments and become number one on the leader board.
