Music creates exhibition campaign based around “momentary events”

Music has created a campaign for Leeds’s Henry Moore Institute based around “momentary events”, which comprises a series of unique printed posters and leaflets.

The campaign is to promote The Event Sculpture, a series of events which will see sculptures exhibited both inside and outside the gallery.

To promote the series, Music has created posters that list the schedule of events. This list acts as a “metaphorical” stencil for a randomly sourced image, generated using the search terms “time”, “encounter” or “space”.

Each piece of print features a different background image to create a unique piece.

Music also created screen-printed fly posters that act as “white stencils” when place over random old fly posters.

Music designer Aaron Skipper says: “Tasked with conceiving a visual identity for an exhibition that focused around a schedule of momentary events, we produced momentary pieces of print for each unique public encounter.”
