Halo unveils healthy chocolate

Healthfood group Halo Foods is launching three chocolate bar brands, promoted on a “percentage fat free” basis. Pack design is by Maitland Myhill in Cambridge.

The brands, Nutsin, Heaven and Dream, launch later this month. The consultancy developed a strapline to reflect indulgent values associated with chocolate products. This reads: “So good it’s almost a sin.”

Maitland Myhill first became involved with Halo when it did marketing consultancy for the firm. Market research and the packaging design project followed. The low-fat food market is one of the fastest growing in the UK, says Maitland Myhill marketing director John Maitland.
