Itch integrates with Ideo team

Award-winning two-man consultancy Itch is joining forces with Ideo Product Development on 1 August to increase the latter’s interactive capabilities.

Itch, set up three years ago by designers Durrell Bishop and Andrew Hirniak, decided to join Ideo “by mutual agreement”. Bishop worked at Ideo as a product designer prior to forming Itch.

Hirniak and Bishop will be integrated into the Ideo team rather than heading up a separate division. “[They] will be adding expertise to the interactive team we already have,” says an Ideo spokeswoman.
