Team Saatchi gets terminal

Team Saatchi’s identity for the PayPoint project, which enables payment of electricity, gas, water and telephone bills at petrol stations and retail outlets, launches next month.

PayPoint terminals will be situated on tills in more than 7000 stores where they will compete against other strong visual identities such as Lottery terminals.

The yellow and purple logo is designed to stand out in the cluttered retail environment, says Team Saatchi chief executive officer Mike Parker.

The consultancy has also created point-of-sale material for the scheme which launches in London in September, and will be rolled out across the rest of the UK by the end of the year.
