The Edward Marshall Trust, in association with Earth Centre, is launching an open furniture design competition. The deadline for entries is 15 November.

Designers and printers are encouraged to enter the Curtis Fine Papers’ International Design Competition before the 31 January 2000 deadline.

The theme for the Sapporo International Design Competition 2000 is planning a city of dreams: designs for Sapporo. The competition categories include city and architectural planning, environmental, graphic, craft, fashion and industrial design. Entries will be accepted between 10-31 January 2000.
