Mark Landini and I read the feature Visitor Attraction on museum design with interest (DW 6 March).

We couldn’t help thinking there were some striking similarities with the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and our recent design for Telecom New Zealand’s presence at the Americas Cup in Auckland, New Zealand (pictured), which opened in October 2002.

Had some of the Cornwall team been on a ‘research’ trip around that time?
