Tube takes to the air

The UK’s largest inflatable PVC sculpture, designed by ‘architect of air’ Alan Parkinson, will be unveiled today at London’s Canary Wharf.

The sculpture, Archipelago, has been created for the plaza in front of the new Jubilee Line station to celebrate the island-hopping theme of the station.
