Crown paint is relaunching with a new logo, packaging and point-of-sale material by BBM Carlson. The Bristol group was briefed more than a year ago to come up with a new identity for the Crown umbrella brand, to rationalise the product range and redesign the packaging and support material.
The Crown range is made up of a core range of emulsion and gloss – each with six colour families of six varieties – along with a premium range called Solo, and a slot for a tactical range which will change as fashions change.
The crown device was introduced to the marque to imply the brand’s heritage values, says a BBM Carlson spokeswoman.
The paints will start to appear on shelf this weekend and roll-out by the end of the year.
