Telling tales on designers to make money for charity

Pete Ward (formerly with The Chase, now design director at Poulter Partners and designer of the Big Issue – Life’s Ups and Downs book) and I have decided to put together a publication.

This will not be a book about us, though, but a wonderfully insightful tome about anecdotes and urban myths that exist in the design world.

Everyone has a story about work and what we are planning to do is compile a book that not only lists these anecdotes, but also features a flagship piece of work from each of the designers in question or the group that they work for.

As yet, we are unsure as to how to fund this project, but we will enlist the help of some other high-level sponsors and seek to donate any profit made by the publication to charity.
