Drinktank goes down better than DBA logo?

Over 70 designers from Birmingham, Coventry and the surrounding areas had so much fun at the recent DBA Midlands Drinktank that they ‘all ended up going home together’.

Hosted at The Café at The Ikon Gallery in Birmingham, the event saw staff from ten different design groups turn up. ‘It brings together the design community,’ says organiser Paul Thwaites. ‘We had a laugh and a joke, discussed design issues and talked about things on a wider scale.’

‘It was a really good evening and we all ended up going home together,’ adds Thwaites, ‘on the same minibus,’ he quickly clarifies.

The next Midlands Drinktank will be held on 2 December at Metro Bar in Birmingham.
